If I was skipping over key passages and explanations, I'd still be waiting for Messiah or be a traditional Gentile (i.e., pagan, athiest, maybe prostelyte). But I look at how the Angel of the Lord said to Moshe "Yud-Heh-Vah-Heh (I AM Who I AM)"; and appeared to Avraham, Ya'akov, and others as a man. Also, "Before Avraham was, I AM." (Yochanahn 8:58) is just a confirmation of the conversation with Moshe at the Burning Bush. So, shlomo, Sheitl Queen, RichardR, TheProcess, Chaim ben Ya'akov, and whoever else I could name (I am not afraid to name names), you can either lose the entire meaning of the Hebrew Bible (given meaning when including the Brit Chadashah) and your souls (what happened to Shaul and likely Aaron's son's and Eli's sons); or accept that Y'shua ben Miryam is Y'shua HaMashiach ben-el Chai.
Goy of Yeshua,
Does the Brit Chadashah have the new testament in Hebrew?
I know the cross in Greek is "stavros", signifying renunciation of the world
and seeing the suffering saviour and his blood sacrifice for us. What a good theme it is to see that our forgiveness rests in the Messiah Christ Jesus, or Yahshua, as some would call him.

The Brit Chadashah is the New Testament, completing the Hebrew Bible. But there is a CJB Brit Chadashah.
"If I was skipping over key passages and explanations...." Maybe you should examine the Greek also in that verse. In one verse the translators translate it as "I am", and other verses with the same phrase as "I am [he]". I hate to think the translators had preconcieved and bias notions (dare I say nefarious) when they highlighted this as if it meant some secret thing.

Shalom,

This is why I ignore you: You twist verses to make it as though Jesus wasn't God. Either go to a Unitarian site, or accept legitimate translations that talk about the Trinity.
"IF" is conditional such as the prophecies of Jeremiah, and Jonah, Ninevah was destroyed right? I didn't read Goy's reference to John, I assumed that the Hebrew Bible was both old and new testament written in Hebrew.    Peace.

The Complete Hebrew/Jewish Bible is both the Old and New Testaments.

Where have I twisted the verse. I am not a scholar nor am I a linguist, but even I can see the unequal treatment of the phrase in question. Who said I was Unitarian or Trinitarian? I trust God through Christ Jesus that I will be raised just as Christ was raised. I never said you couldn't believe there was a trinity, just that it is idolotry. Can you prove me wrong?

Peace to you,
Christopher G.

For example, you act like "I AM" didn't affirm Jesus of Nazareth's divinity as Eloh[i]im/i], part of the Trinity. But when someone says, "I AM" like that, they're saying they're Elohim.

All I AM means is that Jesus is saying he is God...not a part of a none existant trinity. God is One and HIS NAME IS ONE...
even KJV doesn't talk about or even use the word trinity...as has been proven man made theory mad fact by RCC who wouldn't know God if HE stood in front of them...they think the Pope is God on earth..funny though I only see one of him too..no trinity...hmmm?
