The Jewish people are Gods chosen....so....
Does God give the Jewish people who are murdered, like in the Holocaust, special Grace?
Can they be saved by their faith alone?

Happy, speculating on Gods grace is a presumptuos thought.
As to the second part of your question. Saved by faith in what? Israel was chosen in a bilateral covenant, meaning that there were obligations upon both parties to be fullfilled. Now what form of repentance and grace was bestowed will remain a mystery to all but God. I can't help but to think of those three men in the fiery furnace joined by Messiah at what should have been the moment of their demise.
The Jewish people are Gods chosen....so....
Under the Old Covenant, the Jewish people were God's chosen for a purpose and for a time. The purpose: to show mankind through the Jews that man could not keep the Law. 1Cor 10:11 The time: for the duration of the Old Covenant. That time expired when the New Covenant was instituted by Christ on the Cross.
Under the New Covenant, all people, including Jews, are chosen to participate if they follow Christ
Does God give the Jewish people who are murdered, like in the Holocaust, special Grace?
No, special grace has already been granted to all through Christ's death on the cross. We are and have been under the Year of the Lord's favor or Jubilee. This is when proclamation of liberty to the captives (Jews and gentiles; all men) is being proclaimed to all. In other words, the Gospel. It doesn't get any more special than that.
Can they be saved by their faith alone?
Yes, if that faith is placed in Christ and He seals it with His Holy Spirit.

I don't know. I think about that verse in Isaiah 53, and Daniel and his friends in the furnace when the Angel of the Lord (Y'shua HaMashiach ben-el Chai) was with them. Did that foreshadow the Holocaust and what would happen to Holocaust victims? Why did Anne Frank, as reports have said, die so peacefully?

The dead are in the hands of God...he is the righteous judge our purpose is to be a light to the living and give them the good news.
Jesus told a man who said he had to bury his father then he would come and follow Him quote' let the dead bury the dead"
He was saying look after the living and let the Father look after the dead.

It depends what you mean by 'special grace'.
Would this be the same as the pygmies in the jungle or Eskimos who
have never heard of Jesus? Paul says that they will be judged by the
amount of 'light' they have received.
