  1. What's the difference between a Senior and Privileged Member, and what is the highest member category or group?
  2. What are the colors for ratings of a member?
  3. Why aren't more threads "Important Threads"?

I think red means Stop; green means Go; and gray means Elderly.

Are you being facetious? I have a grey thing; and I'm not old.

Yes, GOY, just a bit facetious, but not at anyone's expense.  I have lots of gray.  If Mr. Rosen ever determines to turn me to green (and hopefully so, since I perceive green is the color for doctrinally acceptable, although manner of delivery is probably taken into account), someone will have to tell me because I have a difficult time distinguishing between green and gray.  Our kitchen floor was gray in the house I grew up in, and I always saw it as green, until someone clued me in shortly before I left home.

Who did you see that is a Privileged Member?  Where I come from we would joke that someone was a Privileged Character.  Not the same thing, I am sure.

I think Mr. Rosen indicated in another thread that he is not yet familiar with all the bells and whistles of this site, so I think it is a matter of time before more threads fall under the Important category.  I don't mean to speak for him; this is just what I remember.

(from Goy's first thread entry)

Seniority comes with the territory of which we speak, I am addressing you to put a stop to this manure (nonsense), I am busy working on another thesis and you are so concerned with the things that (accompany) salvation. i.e. justification, glorification and the like.

A cursory examination of the principles of eternal salvation, (security and the accompanying attributes of a gentile) seem to be explained clearly in the good book. Are you impossible to impress? At 17 it would be like 34 years of age - adolescence and a good natured show of your intelligence to sit and think about the questions you pose.

Have you yet to read the Scarlet Letter? Nathaniel Hawthore makes it plain that the Quakerian Punishment for adultery was a bright red letter
"A" for Hester as the woman exemplified, as the stocks for the adulterer.

How do you ever bring us to these ridiculous, ludicrous questioning sessions? I KNOW. You have a deep, deep need for some kind of fellowship, and it breaks my heart to see you griping about our positions.
If I was cruising this site, and just wanted attention, your alterative to THAT would be prayer. There is no mention in any of your posts concerning prayer. This is a necessary answer for anyone wishing to be led into all truth.

JFJ is not responsible for your actions. Jesu (Yeshua) is well aware of our positional responsibility whether it is on our knees or hands held high.
I take it you are fed up with name calling. So can it.

2 Corinthians 5:21   For he hath made him to be sin for us, who knew no sin; that we might be made the righteousness of God in him.

Well, seekmosttoprophesy is a "Privileged Member."

That was never my quote. What on earth? You really ought to be reported for abuse; but I think calling you out would be better.

Mr. Rosen turned you green.
cor517, The post-modern mantra of "judge not lest ye be judged" does not deter the person who has trusted Christ from exercising discernment of truth, such as doctrine, theology, et al.  I think it is appropriate that God's people exercise discernment, and that means judging.  (But we can miss by attempting to judge motives; I've done that, we should back off of that.)  Any statement, claim, or exhortation ought to be judged in light of scripture, and differing interpretations ought to be countered with more than just threats or derision.

Now, at the risk of "judging a motive," GOY's questions here struck me as basic curiosity.  I guess that as we age, we just know so much more and don't need to ask any more questions, right?  When Jesus corrected His disciples for the wrong attitude in asking for places of honor in the Kingdom, it nevertheless pleased God that the disciples do have quite a place of honor in the Kingdom.  So, how can you be upset that GOY is asking about status at JFJ, which looks forward to the Kingdom?  Are you afraid GOY is going to get ahead of you?

All you wise sages, you can just stop the "17-year-old GOY"-bashing now.  The "youth" criticism is old.  Aren't your tough old spiritual hides able to take a few punches, a little scratching at your consciences?

Still, I wonder who those Privileged Members are...do they get free donuts on Friday?
