Zech 6:12 says that Messiah will build the third temple
2 Thes 2:11 says that the man of sin will stand in the temple when he takes Jerusalem mid trib
Rev 11;2 again says the temple is standing mid trib........so......
Doesn't this put Christ on earth pre trib? If he and only he can build the temple?

Also- When the beast takes Jerusalem, mid-trib, Christ then goes out and splits the mount of olives (zech 14:4) and the people flee to the mountains, probably Petra. Again, doesn't this put Christ in Jerusalem mid trib?
Many teach that Christ splits the mount at the end of the trib. at his return with the armies of heaven. If He's come with the army why would there be any fleeing?

What I think will happen-
1. Y'shua like Joshua before him will cleanse the temple mount 40 years after Israel feared to take it.
2. He will build the temple
3. The beast will take Jerusalem mid trib Christ will sequester Israel in Petra then be caught up to heaven to open the seals.
4. He will return with the army to destroy the beast and his armies and set up the kingdom

I know this is contrary to what most "experts" teach but it makes scriptural sense to me. I would appreciate any comments and corrections as I am a self taught student of prophecy.

there are two temples here.the physical one and the spiritual one. u speak of the physical one. so prophecy cannot fit. prophecy is filled in spirtual sense.  the temple built here is the temple of the new faith. rabbi is the man of sin. there is no other more anti-chirst than rabbi. he will tell u that jesus is not lord, but how wrong he is!




rome is the beast which rjudaists will eventually ride as the great whore. it will earn them holocaust. the beast of rome causes the tribulation. spliting the mount of olives is the dividing of the children of god into gospel christian and torah rjudaists. these become two mountians of knowledge and this new mountian is the mountain in isaias 2.2-4. it is the mountain of the lords house.  also it is universal knowledge, the gospel. this isaias verses is telling us that torah is NOT the mountain of the lords house. the new mountain is!!

( i read somewhere that the mount of olives did actually split when an earthquake ocurred after jesus died. and the half of it slid into a valley. if u know bible metaphor, a valley is below the true faith, the reverse of a mountian which rises to heaven.) the torah slid down and the gospel was elevated....." AS THE TOP OF THE MOUNTAIN AND AMONG THE HILLS" (hills are books and make up the gospel/bible mountain. torah we can say is the base.)



no, jesus already went to heaven and opened the seals. his kingdom is already set up. it is not of this world. these seals were on the dead who have gone before christ. he opened and delivered the righteous from their compartment in sheol. for them, the salvation which was promised them became a reality. for us, we will be next when jesus comes and opens our books. be ready because his coming might not be like anything we are told. a thief is not known until a thing is missing. jesus comes as a thief. so it possible that he can come and go and you wont even know it until it to late. plan for the eleveth hour and you might die and ten oclock.

War will start within the next 5 years give or take...
Iran,Russia and the Arab states will attack Israel NO ONE will stand with her not even the U.S.
   God will cause earthquakes, meteor showers and floods which will destroy these armies He will also destroy Tehran,Moscow and Washington D.C among others 1/6 of the worlds population will die the rest will wish they were so lucky.
   The Anti-Christ will claim he saved Israel . He will be killed but Satan will reanimate him and the Jews will proclaim Him thier savior and he will give them peace for 3.5 yrs after which he will place his image in the Holy of Holies.
   All the armies allied with the AC will attack Israel and take Jerusalem then he will lead his armies to battle China at the valley of Megido aka Armageddon where the blood will be up to a horses bridle(approx 4ft deep)
    Then Jesus will return with His Saints and destroy the armies of the AC and cast the AC and his false prophet into the lake of fire alive after which He will stand on the Mt. of Olives which will split in two and those Jews who would be saved will run into the mountain. THere will also be Jews at Petra.
  Then Jesus sets up His Millenial Kingdom after which Satan is free one more time after which comes the final White Throne Judgement where to books are opened and if your name isn't found in the Lambs Book of Life you are cast into the lake of fire reserved for the Devil and his angels where there is gnashing of teeth and the worm dieth not.
          

If the Temple is built soon, it'll take a miracle, especially in light of the Muslims going after that temple in Yemen. I can only imagine how they'd try to defend the "Islamic" Dome of the Rock (which isn't exactly Islamic, but more like stolen from the Jews) and go after the Third Temple.

I haven't read through everyone's posts in this thread, so it may have been mentioned, but it would seem that Antichrist will have to first broker peace between Islam and non-Islam, which will probably make the way for the Temple Mount to be built on by someone other than Islam.  We assume the Israelis will build the 3rd Temple.  At any rate, it sure will be a piece of brokerage to pry Islam off the mount long enough to lay even one stone alongside the Dome, unless the Dome is already destroyed by infighting in Islam.  That would be my semi-educated guess.
