Romans Chapt 9 to 11 Stand alone in the book of Romans written exclusively to the Jews about the Jews why they are the Elect and why they are blinded to Messiah.  It also tells of their redemption.

Romans 1 to 8 talk on faith and Chapt 12 picks up the thought from Chapter 8.
The elect of God are the Jews. Chosen of God for they did not chose Him

Rom 9:6 ¶ Not as though the word of God hath taken none effect. For they [are] not all Israel, which are of Israel:
Rom 9:7  Neither, because they are the seed of Abraham, [are they] all children: but, In Isaac shall thy seed be called.
Rom 9:8  That is, They which are the children of the flesh, these [are] not the children of God: but the children of the promise are counted for the seed

The children of the promise are NOT the Gentiles in case anyone jumps on that

Rom 9:10  And not only [this]; but when Rebecca also had conceived by one, [even] by our father Isaac;
Rom 9:11  (For [the children] being not yet born, neither having done any good or evil, that the purpose of God according to election might stand, not of works, but of him that callethWink
Rom 9:12  It was said unto her, The elder shall serve the younger.

Jacob didn't choose to serve God...God chose Him Jacob had no say in the matter.

Rom 9:18  Therefore hath he mercy on whom he will [have mercy], and whom he will he hardeneth

One of the most misunderstood verses in the bible...Gentiles have a choice that Jews don't....Serve God or don't its entirely up to you but if you reject Him over and over He will harden your heart that you will never serve Him and you will be lost

Rom 10:1 ¶ Brethren, my heart's desire and prayer to God for Israel is, that they might be saved.
Rom 10:2  For I bear them record that they have a zeal of God, but not according to knowledge.
Rom 10:3  For they being ignorant of God's righteousness, and going about to establish their own righteousness, have not submitted themselves unto the righteousness of God.
Rom 10:4  For Christ [is] the end of the law for righteousness to every one that believeth.

This is a Jew talking to Jews NOT Gentiles he explains why they don't see Messiah

Rom 10:19  But I say, Did not Israel know? First Moses saith, I will provoke you to jealousy by [them that are] no people, [and] by a foolish nation I will anger you.
Rom 10:20  But Esaias is very bold, and saith, I was found of them that sought me not; I was made manifest unto them that asked not after me.
Rom 10:21  But to Israel he saith, All day long I have stretched forth my hands unto a disobedient and gainsaying people.

Paul is saying that he will raise a people to provoke the Jews to jealousy and to anger them. He shows his patience to His Elect but they reject him even when He comes in the flesh.

I will continue this post but there is in these Chapters is a warning to the Gentiles for their time is short and when He turns back to His Elect people there is NO HOPE for any Gentile left after the Rapture.
--------------------------------------------------------------------- Whether it be right in the sight of God to hearken unto you more than unto God, judge ye.

An enlightening post; thank you. I trust you will, as you have said, continue with it. Perhaps I could ask you, when you continue, to amplify your understanding of the Rapture within the context of your post. The word "rapture" does not appear in any Bible version familiar to me and there is much controversy about it's meaning and when it takes place.

Rom 11:1 ¶ I say then, Hath God cast away his people? God forbid. For I also am an Israelite, of the seed of Abraham, [of] the tribe of Benjam

Paul tells us his lineage and that God has not permanently turned his back on the Jews.

Rom 11:7  What then? Israel hath not obtained that which he seeketh for; but the election hath obtained it, and the rest were blinded

Those of the Jews who are the elect of God will find thier Messiah Jesus

Rom 11:8  (According as it is written, God hath given them the spirit of slumber, eyes that they should not see, and ears that they should not hearWink unto this day.
Rom 11:9  And David saith, Let their table be made a snare, and a trap, and a stumblingblock, and a recompence unto them:
Rom 11:10  Let their eyes be darkened, that they may not see, and bow down their back alway

Until God Himself opens the eyes of those He has chosen the Jews will neither hear nor see the spiritual things of God.

[b]GENTILES HEED THIS WARNING[/b]

Rom 11:21  For if God spared not the natural branches, [take heed] lest he also spare not thee.
Rom 11:22  Behold therefore the goodness and severity of God: on them which fell, severity; but toward thee, goodness, if thou continue in [his] goodness: otherwise thou also shalt be cut off.

Here he is talking to the Elect of God and what will happen;

Rom 11:23  And they also, if they abide not still in unbelief, shall be graffed in: for God is able to graff them in again

Rom 11:25  For I would not, brethren, that ye should be ignorant of this mystery, lest ye should be wise in your own conceits; that blindness in part is happened to Israel, until the fulness of the Gentiles be come in

Rom 11:26  And so all Israel shall be saved: as it is written, There shall come out of Sion the Deliverer, and shall turn away ungodliness from Jacob:
Rom 11:27  For this [is] my covenant unto them, when I shall take away their sins

Rom 11:36  For of him, and through him, and to him, [are] all things: to whom [be] glory for ever. Amen

The Bride of Christ will be in the heavenlies and as the stars for multitude.  We go up to be with the Lord in the rapture

The Elect of God will be as the sands for multitude . Jesus comes down to be with His Elect on the day of His Wrath. At that time both the Bride and the Elect will be together for eternity.

Jesus spoke of it:

Luk 17:34  I tell you, in that night there shall be two [men] in one bed; the one shall be taken, and the other shall be left.
Luk 17:35  Two [women] shall be grinding together; the one shall be taken, and the other left.
Luk 17:36  Two [men] shall be in the field; the one shall be taken, and the other left.

Paul explained the mystery

1Cr 15:51  Behold, I shew you a mystery; We shall not all sleep, but we shall all be changed,
1Cr 15:52  In a moment, in the twinkling of an eye, at the last trump: for the trumpet shall sound, and the dead shall be raised incorruptible, and we shall be changed.

John showed the joy

Rev 19:6  And I heard as it were the voice of a great multitude, and as the voice of many waters, and as the voice of mighty thunderings, saying, Alleluia: for the Lord God omnipotent reigneth.
Rev 19:7  Let us be glad and rejoice, and give honour to him: for the marriage of the Lamb is come, and his wife hath made herself ready.
Rev 19:8  And to her was granted that she should be arrayed in fine linen, clean and white: for the fine linen is the righteousness of saints.
Rev 19:9  And he saith unto me, Write, Blessed [are] they which are called unto the marriage supper of the Lamb. And he saith unto me, These are the true sayings of God

Its called the Rapture because when it takes place we will be overcome with joy and rapturous delight when we see our Lord in the clouds.
At Armageddon we come back with the Lord but He alone fights against the forces of evil.

It will occur prior to the revealing of Anti-Christ and WW3 while we are still here Evil can't reign...once the bride is taken out all hell breaks loose.

The Bride of Christ isn't a particular denomination it is made up of those believers who are Holy....baptised of the water and the Spirit in Jesus Name and all whom the Lord may call.
Now that the time of the Gentiles is at an end the Rapture of the Bride could come at any time....even to-day

That is why there is an urgency as never before to witness to all men the glory of God and his son...

Some of the elect will go ...those who believe now but the elect as a whole will endure the tribulation period and will only be saved when Jesus stands on the Mount of Olives

Even so come quickly Lord Jesus
