Is the pope Catholic?

Throughout history, the true Church of God has always been the "little flock," the chosen few -- never the majority. The legitimate Church of God's succession is revealed by faithfulness to biblical doctrines (easily proven by noble "Bereans") -- not by a pompous parade of pagan men who blindly follow idolatrous traditions and engage in identity theft, in a massive fraud, a counterfeit Christianity that pollutes the holy name of Jesus Christ and misrepresents God (Rev. 12:9).

Well, I thought you were either being stupid or rhetorical, or "If the Pope's Catholic, that Jesus of Nazareth is the Messiah." But the Pope is Catholic, but the Pope is not Benedict XVI or Roman Catholic. First of all, Matthew 23:8-10 says that only Y'shua HaNotzri el-Yisrael is Rabbi; and that YHWH-Avinu is Abba. Also, the Church- or community of Christian Jews and Gentiles- is "Catholic", or universal, not neccesarily Roman Catholic.

This is really sad.. I thought there was an opening of hearts here, but I find this anti-Catholic slur!!. Firstly if you said these things about Jews or Muslims you would be in gaol,killed or banned from any Hollywood flick/
The Pope is the successor (apostolic succession) of St Peter of who Christ would build his Church upon.
The only hope for the Jews is in the conversion to Christ through HIS Church (CC).

Why an "opening of hearts", when the bible teaches us very clearly,"The heart is deceitful above all things, and desperately wicked: who can know it?" (Jeremiah 17:9).

Jesus teaches "He that hath an ear, let him hear what the Spirit saith unto the churches; To him that overcometh will I give to eat of the tree of life, which is in the midst of the paradise of God."  (Revelation 2:7)

The papist anti-Christ system is a parasite on the deceiptful and wicked heart of man; that is why Jesus teaches the born of the Holy Spirit Christian - not to follow our hearts - but to follow the teaching, guiding, and Words of His Holy Spirit with an ear that can hear The Holy Spirit.

the true church is built on Jesus Christ.

The Roman Catholic Church can only trace itself from Emperor Constantine and he was no Apostle.  THe Roman Catholic Church has no connection to the True Church....Idol worship,Queen of Heaven worship and Saint worship is all Pagan and against God's word.
  They are Nicolatians which is translated Victory over the Laity...saying that priests and popes have direct access to God which is against scripture.

This was not a slur.  If you read your catholic version Bible you will see that the first members of the church were Jews, and quite a few of them.  In fact, if you read further in your catholic version Bible, you will see that the Jews had to hold a council to affirm that indeed the gentiles could be saved apart from conversion to Jewish customs and laws.  So to say that the only hope for the Jews is in the conversion to Christ through HIS Church is actually a misdirection and a misidentification.

In short, the "Jews" have always had the answer, but, and like the gentiles, have historically struggled and still struggle with being few in number as opposed to their fellows who will not place their trust in Jesus, Y'shua.
