RE: Jesus fulfilled over 300 prophecies
Moses rescued Israel from the dead religion of paganism in Egypt/Yeshua rescued Israel from the dead letter of the law of tradition. Moses and Yeshua both cured lepers, and established thier authority through miracles before many witnesses. Moses conquered the great enemy of Israel [ The Amalekites], with his arms upraised/ Yeshua conquered the great enemy of sin and death with upraised arms on the cross. Moses lifted up the brazen serpent in the wilderness to heal his people/ Yeshua was lifted up on the cross to heal all that believed in the Father in Him from thier sin. The people were rebellious, and ungrateful against Moses leadership as with Yeshua. The generations that rebelled against them died in thier lack of faith- one in the wilderness and one in the seige of Jerusalem in [ 70 AD]. Moses and Yeshua died on a hill. Moses promised that another prophet would come ; Yeshua promised the church that his Father would send them another' Comforter"; The Holy Spirit.[ continued]

RE: Jesus fulfilled over 300 prophecies
In the month; Nisan on the 14th. day [ Feast of Passover], both Moses and Yeshua freed all who would believe in the Father in them. On the 17th. day[ Feast of Firstfruits], Moses brought about ressurection of the children of Israel as they passed through the Red sea. On that anniversary[which fell on a regular Sabbath] Yeshua became the Firstfruits of Ressurection of the children of Israel,as He rose from the dead! Fifty days later, on the Feast of Pentecost, G-d delivered unto Israel and the Nations the great gift of the Torah {The Law!}; Fifty days after Yeshua's ressurection, G-d gave the Church the great gift of the Baptism of the Holy Spirit.[ Written upon and in the heart!] There are many more Prophesies of Yeshua that correlate with events that happened in the Bible, and with Moses! I don't try to change the events that happened , but I see them as a shadow of the Handwriting of G-d from Old and everlasting in the Words He spoke through Yeshua , as well as in Moses; The same Voice; The same Love , written upon the heart; not changed , but fulfilled! Shalom [Referenced to Grant Jeffrey's book; Heaven; The Last Frontier][1990-pg. 76-79]

I must add that the Feast of Passover was Nisan 15, as preparation day of the feast began on the 14 day of the Ecclesiastes month, in which Yesua was crucified. He was laid in the Tomb just before the evening ; The beginning of the Sabbath, which began at dusk[ evening to evening], and rose before dusk at the end of the Feast of Firstfruits, a High day which fell on the regular Sabbath [Nisan 17]. Roman Archeological records recorded this event!, as Archeology has proven David existed as well, and confirms the fact Jerusalem stood centuries before Islam, and that David purchased the area of the Temple Mount in which the Temple stood!,giving Israel legal right to the property, and will again! Shalom

RE: Jesus fulfilled over 300 prophecies
There're couneless of prophecies have been fulfilled in the Scripture, however, I name what I know of by the grace of God!
As we learn from Jesus' family history, we know HE is the son of David, as it's said in Matthew 1: 1, "The book of the generation of Jesus Christ, the son of David, the son of Abraham." Revelation 22: 13-16, "I am Alpha and Omega, the beginning an the end, the first and the last. Blessed are they that do his commandments, that they may have right to the tree of life, and may enter in through the gates into the city. For without are dogs, and sorcerers, and whoremongers, and murderers, and idolaters, and whosoever loveth and maketh a lie. I Jesus have sent mind angel to testify unto you these things in the church. I am the root and the offspring of David, and bright and morning star."
In David's Psalm 89: 34-37, "My convenant will I not break, nor alter the thing that is gone out of my lips. Once have I sworn by my holiness that I will not lie unto David. His seed shall endure for ever, and his throne as the sun before me. It shall be established for ever as the moon, and as a faithful witness in heaven. Selah"
Create in me a clean heart, O God; and renew a right spirit within me. Cast me not away from thy presence; and take not thy holy spirit from me. Restore unto me the joy of thy salvation; and uphold me with thy free spirit. ~ Psalm 51: 10-12

RE: Jesus fulfilled over 300 prophecies
Most Scriptures in the OT which may relate to the fulfillment of Jesus Christ, the root of David could be seen as well from the Words!
Isaiah 7: 11-14 say, "Ask thee a sigh of the LORD thy God; ask it either in the depth, or in the height above. But Ahaz said, I will not ask, neither will I tempt the LORD. And he said, Hear ye now, O house of David; Is it a small thing for you to weary men, but will ye weary my God also? Therefore the LOR himself shall give you a sign; Behold, a virgin shall conceive, and bear a son, and shall call his name immanuel."

Jesus Christ is the center point of the entire Scriptures. Before we acknowledge the fulfillment of Jesus Christ, we must believe in the Word of God - the entire Bible is 100% accurate, from Genesis to Revelation!
Revelation 22: 13-19, "I am Alpha and Omega, the beginning and the end, the first and the last. Blessed are they that do his commandments, that they may have right to the tree of life, and may enter in through the gates into the city. For without are dogs, and sorcerers, and whoremongers, and murderers, and idolaters, and whosoever loveth and maketh a lie. I Jesus have sent mine angel to testify unto you these things in the churches. I am the root and the offspring of David, and the bright and morning star. And the Spirit and the bride say, Come. And let him that heareth say, Come. And let him that is athirst come. And whosoever will, let him take the water of life freely. For I testify unto every man that heareth the words of the prophecy of this book, If any man shall add unto these things, God shall add unto him the plagues that are written in this book: And if any man shall take away from the words of the book of this prophecy, God shall take away his part out of the book of life, and out of the holy city, and from the things which are written in this book."

As Jesus used an parable of a certain manplanted a vineyard in Mark 12, it's said from v. 1-12, more specifically v. 10-11 has fulfilled the Book of Psalms 118: 22-23.
Mark 12: 10-11, "Andd have ye not read this scripture; The stone which the buiilder rejected is become the head of the corner: This was the Lord's doing, and it is marvellous in our eyes?"
Psalm 118: 22-23, "The stone which the builer refused is become the head stone of the corner. This is the LORD's doing; it is marvellous in our eyes."
Create in me a clean heart, O God; and renew a right spirit within me. Cast me not away from thy presence; and take not thy holy spirit from me. Restore unto me the joy of thy salvation; and uphold me with thy free spirit. ~ Psalm 51: 10-12
