Second Coming??
#1
It has been brought up many times what the prophets say the messiah will do. For instance;

Ezekiel 37 Reads:
verses:
A. 19: All the tribes will be united
B. 21: They will be returned to the land of Israel,
C. 22: where they will be one nation, with one king, and will be
undivided.
D. 23: There will be no idolatry, and sin, for the L-RD will save
them.
E. 23: They will be G-d's people
F. 24: The king will be a servant of G-d and he will be king over
them.
G. 24: Everyone will follow the laws and be careful to keep all the
decrees.
H. 25: This will be forever.
I. 26: There will be a contract of peace, forever, and they will be
increased.
J. 26 & 27: There will be a new Temple which will stand forever.
K. 28: All the nations will know who G-d is and who will make Israel
holy

I would like to ask all who believe in jc to show me where jc says he will accomplish ALL of the above when he supposedly will return or as you describe it; the second coming.

In Ezekiel 37 for starters...

Why do you want to seperate Y'shua from the Tanakh since the Law teaches Mashiach lives forever? (2Sa_7:13; Psa_72:7, Psa_72:17-19, Psa_89:36-37, Psa_110:4; Isa_9:7, Isa_53:8; Eze_37:24-25; Dan_2:44, Dan_7:14, Dan_7:27; Mic_4:7)

If I was to answer in detail I would rewrite almost the whole Brit Chadashah and much of the Tanakh.

But so that you may know the Brit Chadashah is in unity with the Torah I’ll give you some scriptures to go by: Rev 7:4, Mar 13:27-29, Joh 11:52, Mat 2:6 , 1Co 10:13-14, Rev 21:4-5,  Rev 3:12, John 6:51, Rom 9:27…

Rom 11:26
and that it is in this way that all Isra’el will be saved. As the Tanakh says, “Out of Tziyon will come the Redeemer; he will turn away ungodliness from Ya‘akov

John 3:15 so that whosoever believes in Him should not perish, but have everlasting life.

Blessed be the Name of Y’shua HaMashiach

Why don't you read Tanakh for yourself instead of having the cohanim read it for you? (Yeshayahu 29:13-14) Yeshayahu also tells us of Emmanu-El, in chapters such as 53 and 61. Also see the End Times prophecies.

The notion of a “second coming” is one of the weakest points of Christianity.  It was not previously prophesized that the Messiah would come once and not complete his work at that time.  The original understanding was that it would only be a few short years.  However, it is two-thousand years and counting.

Surely, by this standard, many people can be said to have been the messiah.

shlomo care to  tell me who Daniel is talking about.

Daniel seems to see one like The son of Man coming in the clouds with power.

who is this person?

How do unbelieving jews answer the Rabbi's (judaisms own) Meshiach Ben david and Meshiach ben Yosef descriptions?
Does this not somehow answer the two comings question? Even in your own religion?

David the prince does the uniteing of the tribes.  He is from the tribe of Levi I think.

If you look at the flow of the book there is war after David the prince unites the two sticks in chapter 38, 39.

What reason do you have to not accept the natural flow and chronolgy of the book?

Have you ever read the 21st chapter of Revelation?

You might find it very enlightening.

Everyone seems to be missing the point.

G-d is not a messiah.
A messiah is NOT G-d.

That is the difference in a nutshell.

We don't pay too much attention to whom the messiah may be. We'll know when he gets here.

Also, we are NOT unbelieving Jews. We have a very strong faith in Hashem.
